Most of my clients are architects and builders and I love hearing interesting back stories on the projects. While working on a project with Frank Ziano and CEC. Frank was the Principle in Charge with CMC and made an amazing family discovery.
In 2017, while reviewing historical documents, Ryan Haggerty pointed out his grandfather’s initials, “fnz”, on the original drawings—his unique left-handed handwriting from 1966 was unmistakable.
