With over 30 years in business and technology, Robert ''Bob'' Paradise co-founded Attain Technology in 2008 to provide people-centric IT solutions. He recognized that many IT providers placed technology before people, leading to frustration among businesses seeking seamless operations.

Bob's philosophy centers on being highly responsive and empowering clients through genuine connections. His approach is shaped by his personal journey. His service in the United States Marine Corps instilled discipline, respect, teamwork, and a strong work ethic—principles that continue to guide him.

In the 1990s, Bob became captivated by the transformative potential of technology. He immersed himself in learning the trade, completing Microsoft IT training. His experiences demonstrated how technology could revolutionize business processes across various industries.

A resident of Worcester for over 30 years, Bob is an avid sailor. He and his wife Melanie spend their free time aboard their sailboat ''Beach House,'' accompanied by their dogs Buddy and Rocky. They enjoy sailing with friends and family, visiting destinations like Clearwater and St. Pete Beach in Florida and Newport, Rhode Island.
