Federal Funding
We are aware that many of our members are currently facing delays in receiving previously appropriated federal funding.
After conferring with our U.S. Senate delegation, Governor Dan McKee and Attorney General Peter Neronha, here is the guidance we have received:
“If an entity is experiencing funding issues, Attorney General Neronha’s Office suggests the entity contact its agency funding contact and bring the notice of the Temporary Restraining Order to their attention. If doing so does not alleviate the issues with access to funding, please let our office know.”
