Chamber President Laurie White caught up with Tom Parrish, Executive Director of the Trinity Repertory Company to discuss the resiliency of Rhode Island's arts and entertainment organizations amid the pandemic, ongoing online arts education programs at Trinity Rep and the outlook for stage productions at the theater this coming Fall and into 2021.

Parrish described Trinity Rep's fiscal turnaround in his five years at the helm with the help of successful productions such as "The Prince of Providence" and philanthropic contributions from community partners to the organization's mission.

He described the inner workings of the theater business, how Trinity Rep has responded to a pause in productions, plans in the works to safely produce and perform live stage events again and his brief career as a magician.
