Chamber President Laurie White recently spoke with Brian J. Spero, President & CEO at The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company about developing a workplace culture which helps companies retain and engage employees.

The two discussed the importance of creating a company cultural plan in addition to a business plan, Beacon's 30th Anniversary and the progress made at the company, return to office strategies, community engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion and various aspects of ESG as a criteria of standards for a company's behavior and overall culture.
