Centreville Bank is the highest-ranking bank to work for in Rhode Island, according to American Banker.
Centreville Bank has been named as one of the nation’s 2024 Best Banks to Work For by American Banker.
Centreville Bank is the highest-ranking bank in Rhode Island and one of only nine in New England to make this prestigious list. Centreville ranked 69th out of 90 banks across the country.
The Best Banks to Work For program identifies, recognizes, and honors U.S. banks that excel at creating a positive and supportive workplace for employees. This recognition is based on an anonymous employee survey and a review of the benefits and perks offered.

To be considered for this recognition, banks had to have at least 50 employees working in the U.S. and been in business for a minimum of one year. Best Companies Group managed the registration and survey process and analyzed the data to determine the final ranking.

Centreville Bank’s recognition comes on the heels of various awards for workplace culture, including both Providence Business News’ 2024 Best Places to Work and the Hartford Courant’s 2024 Top Workplaces.
