He was validating so much of what HR people know and try to communicate to their executives and employees. His book gives a structured approach for doing just that – he was fantastic and I can’t wait to pick up a copy of his newest book! The need for re-certification credit was what drove me to the event and while the monsoon that morning had me reconsidering my attendance – I was thrilled to have gone. I came back to the office with great ideas on employee engagement – a sense of comfort in knowing that we are very competitively placed with workplace flexibility – and was able to bring back RIRx Discount cards for our employees.
